In the evenings, you can enjoy the atmosphere with beautiful outdoor lighting and the lights from the Maspalomas area while taking a bath in the jacuzzi and watching the sunset. The view from the terrace must be experienced as it is reminiscent of a painting with the sea in the background.

Nice, tiled stairs up to the roof terrace. This is spacious and can be furnished as needed. Solar panels on the roof help with heating the hot water. The view from here is indescribably beautiful: You look out over Maspalomas with its green plain and palm trees, the dunes, the sea, Holiday World's Ferris wheel that lights up in all kinds of colors when the sun goes down, Sonnenland etc. Beautiful sunsets in incredibly beautiful color plays.

The patio doors and windows in front of the dining room have white, maintenance-free aluminum markers. All are specially ordered as the shape of the doors and windows is oval. The bungalow was freshly painted on the outside in November 2024.
