Beautiful terrace lamps along the walls that create a cosy atmosphere in the evenings.

Top floor:

The upper floor is bright and airy and is laid out with the same light beige tiles as the ground floor. White walls throughout except in the bathroom.

Straight up from the stairs you find the bathroom, which is also refurbished. Space-saving sliding door. The bathroom is tiled with large, modern beige wall tiles in a rectangular shape and the same floor tiles as in the bedrooms. Under the stairs there is a new fridge-freezer and an extra freezer. Lots of storage space. To the left of the stairs is the TV room. Window with light shaft that goes up to the front terrace. The living area is equipped with a 2-seater sofa, an armchair and another element that can be used as additional seating/leg rest or as a side table. All furniture is of light beige fabric. Flat screen TV. Next to the seating area there is a floor shelf with plenty of storage space. The sleeping niche is equipped with 2 single beds that are put together as a double bed and a black bedside table. Above the bed there is another large double window for more light and ventilation.

Opposite the stairs leading down is a fully equipped bathroom of a good size. This is tiled with the same floor tiles as the rest of the basement and with shiny white wall tiles that are easy to clean. The washing machine (of a recent date) is also located here. The bathroom is equipped with a white sink with mirror above, toilet, bidet and a corner shower. Shelves for towels and cleaning utensils.
